Since I have recently started SCUBA diving, I will throw in some material and pictures from dive trips. Right now those pictures will come from other photographers. As I learn more about underwater photography, I will start addiing my photos.Frank Sprucehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12094670653231145612noreply@blogger.comBlogger4125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2889720387627308969.post-59432373824517028322010-09-26T16:15:00.000-07:002010-09-26T16:15:05.083-07:00<div class="separator" style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrNkTVro_mnVGdzZcGCfPngGfVuoH9m7uyGveYoAc5Vtbvdhn3DcB0_m9jJRf09P6Qm5JJMAF1ult64ehqtLaQjzK6UgRQ492Q8Tx8a4JEX8Pw3UR71kw55Y5d4HwqRmJwsIt_IqBksayl/s1600/Haiti+Presentatioin+016.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; cssfloat: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" px="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgrNkTVro_mnVGdzZcGCfPngGfVuoH9m7uyGveYoAc5Vtbvdhn3DcB0_m9jJRf09P6Qm5JJMAF1ult64ehqtLaQjzK6UgRQ492Q8Tx8a4JEX8Pw3UR71kw55Y5d4HwqRmJwsIt_IqBksayl/s400/Haiti+Presentatioin+016.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />

The photos are not mine and if there is a problem with using them here, please let me know. From what I understand, the building codes in Haiti were designed to withstand hurricanes, not earthquakes. These pictures are to give some appreciation of the incredible destruction from the earthquake in the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere wherre there is very little infrastructure.
